Prior to 89 Degrees, he was Senior VP/Relationship Manager at industry giant Rapp Collins. He also spent 13 years on the client side, developing and managing loyalty programs for Marriott and Walt Disney World. Jeff has focused on the use of information and technology to improve marketing performance throughout his career. Prior to 89 Degrees, Jeff held senior positions in analytics and client management at Harte-Hanks, served on the Executive Management team of Verbind (a venture-backed real-time decisioning software company that was sold to SAS) and worked as a management consultant in the Strategic Services Practice Group of Andersen Consulting. Industry experience includes retail (h.h. gregg, CVS Health, Vitamin World), financial (MBNA, Visa, Wells Fargo), and automotive (Hyundai, Toyota, Kia). Rosie oversees our analytics group and adds to our thought leadership in this rapidly evolving space. She is a recognized expert in analytics, segmentation, loyalty programs, media evaluation and the creation of actionable insights to improve customers' experience and engagement.
Rosie is passionate that customer behavior from all interactions should be leveraged to provide a relevant experience for their customers. This goes beyond transaction data to include web searches, email responses and even wearable tech. To this end, she has focused the team on the creation of more holistic customer views, additionally using new technologies such as SAS Visual Analytics and SAS Marketing Optimization.
Prior to 89 Degrees, Rosie spent seventeen years with dunnhumby where she led the delivery of insights to C-level clients in the grocery and wider retail sectors. Bill Carino brings to 89 Degrees over twenty years of experience in database marketing services delivery, customer intelligence, and sales of direct marketing solutions and technology in a variety of vertical industries. He spent the first half of his career at marketing services firm Epsilon, where he designed and delivered marketing solutions for numerous leading organizations.
Most recently, Bill was vice president of sales at Extraprise, where he successfully led the sales team into numerous database marketing and demand generation engagements. Prior to that, he was sales director at ClickSquared, Inc., where he sold cross channel marketing technology and services to a variety of vertical industries. Bill has a long track record of leading successful sales relationships and developing new business at major accounts including: The American Red Cross, Qualcomm, WEX, Disney, Apple, AMEX, Habitat for Humanity, Shriner Hospital for Children, and Pacific Bell Telephone.
Bill has also held the roles of vice president of data solutions at Barton Cotton, a non-profit direct marketing firm based in Baltimore, and senior director of sales at Epsilon, a marketing services firm owned by Alliance Data. Nancy has been instrumental in establishing our Marketing Operations team and our proprietary 4D Agile Scrum Process for delivery of our products and services. She is passionate about working with people and helping the organization build strong, efficient teams. Prior to 89 Degrees, Nancy was a leader in the rollout of agile processes at Epsilon, where she managed multiple scrum teams towards the launch of a new platform. In addition, she spent several years managing both domestic and international software and database deployments for a telecom provider on behalf of clients like Sprint, U.S. Cellular and Telefonica. She is highly focused on developing collaborative teams, while overseeing cross-functional projects to ensure schedules, budget and quality goals are met along the way. Nancy also has extensive experience working with IT, Network, and System teams in support of maintaining 24x7 production environments.
