Crabtree & Evelyn

Crabtree & Evelyn, a leading beauty retailer, asked 89 Degrees to help them appeal to a younger generation of consumers and make their brand more relevant. We determined that Facebook would be the optimal channel to accomplish these objectives and executed a multi-channel acquisition campaign with a goal driven incentive in which consumers would receive a free in-store product once the Crabtree & Evelyn page reached a benchmark number of Likers. In less than 48 hours, one-fifth the allotted time, we reached our Liker goal.
